Email and messenger hijack

I have been racking my brains out on this. It seems that a fellow worker has managed to get into my emails and messenger files. I have changed passwords, and done spyware checks, but still she seems to get a copy of everything. Is there anyway to do this, is there a spyware program that automatically send everything to her? She has shown these emails to other people so i know its happening.any ideas?
