Email help to Usernet and other groups Windows XP

Hi Everyone:

Hope you could walk me through this and I am sorry in advance for not knowing the answer.

I needed to post something on The Beatles Usernet Site rec.music.beatles

I thought it would be easy with Windows XP by going into Outlook and sending the post but a pop up comes on "If you are not a monthly pay member of Hotmail. you can no longer use Outlook for Usergroups."

Is there a free way to post to the Beatles or any Usernet group without cost and if so how do I go about this.

I take it that you use Hotmail for your email. You will have to either pay or get a email account that allows you to post on Usenet groups.
