Email Login Password Is Not Accepted

i purchased a product from a major geeks ad then when I pressed the green "redeem your purchases" button I am asked for my email and password but is not accepted saying "password or email is incorrect".

However, as you can tell I can log in with my user name with the same password here on the forum. I know, I must have entered the wrong email address..... tried multiple times being very careful entering the email address. no luck any ideas. Oh by the way i cannot contact "customer support Team" unless I use my email address

 

Your post is unclear to me about what is being redeemed, if you received the key to your account then you would enter this under activation on the pc, if you’re being asked to enter a username or password on the site then it’ll be asking for the store’s details, if you haven’t set up an account then you need to create one, if you have done this & are entering these details then either said details are being entered incorrectly due to keyboard problems or being saved wrong.
I’ve just tried with my MG details & received the same error so it requires a separate log in so most likely you’ll need to create an account rather than sign in with your details from MG.
