I totally relate to stupidity. When I have a problem I do, read, print everything I can to rectify it myself. It's probably me but every tech Ive encountered (not especially here) starts asking me question that to me sound like - have you checked your blah blah, if not go to blah blah, like that. Most if you don't understand or are not familiar with the terms they get annoyed and all but say, what are you doing with a computer in the first place then dumb a$$. I end up saying, "thanks, I'll be back later", and keep on trying on my own, taking at times days. Signed Dumb A$$
