Email sending spam?

    AOL stopped my wife's account because they said she was sending spam, but she never got any rejected email back and nobody complained to her. I have a email on her account but mine did not have a problem.

    Your MGtools log is too incomplete. Did you run it properly? Did you have any problem running it? Was protection software disabled? UAC disabled?

    The only possible item in your logs was from RogueKiller which shows an unknown MBR but that is not a 100% certainty that is a problem.

    How do you know the spam is even being sent from this PC?

    I don't aol just shutdown her account and said she did I never saw anything in her account to show it. Could ? make us a robot to send spam and we would not know and use her email id in a spoof?

    I definitely killed all my protection and ran mgtools again:confused:confused but don't know if it did what you want - so I got a image of the dos window for it.

    This only shows the very beginning of the scans. You need to wait for it to finish as stated in the instructions for MGtools. Those instructions show what it looks like when finished. It tells you were the log is. See the below

    Using MGtools

    Did your wife ever use any other PC (anywhere / anytime ) to login to her email account?
    Did she ever use an open wireless network like in airports, malls, cofee shops,...etc?
