email snafu

hi i hope someone can help. when i click to open email it asks my user name and password. It never did it befor. Help anyone thanks

 

Start outlook express goto tools - accounts - mail - properties - servers in incoming mail server re-type your name and password and click apply.

 

what are you using to check your e-mail, and where are you checking it? i mean are like using ie (internet explorer) to check yahoo mail, hotmail, or something like that? or are you using something like outlook, do d/l your e-mails, from yahoo, or something? either way, could it be that you deselected the box, to save your password, etc.? or could you have deleted your cookies in ie? more info plz. sos
