   Well, based on Snopes, it's an email that's been going around since last September: http://www.snopes.com/computer/virus/hereyouhave.asp
   
   It's just like any email though, you just really have to use common sense. I'm frankly surprised people still get viruses via email considering it's one of the oldest methods and most warned about.
