email virus?

Just had a new virgin media super hub installed and now i think i have a virus which sends me 200 plus random emails which i then delete and they are sent again and again and againcant seem to stop. i get no normal emails just random people some go in my inbox(90) and some go into my junk mail(130). i hace tried ccleaner and and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. ad to shut down my iphones mail to stop this on my phone.
Running windows mail on vista 32 bit.
Please help as i am awaiting emails which i need but cant get them. :cry:cry:cry
