Email Worm-Sober.Q-German Spam

I have started receiving emails in German. From what I can read this is a varient of previous Sober worms. Somehow it targets anti-virus software to disable it and was successful in turning off Invasion Detection in mine. As annoying as it is to get this German spam, what's worse is the undeliverable mail notices that come in bunches of 43 at a time. It appears this means my PC's email has been turned into a Spam Zombie?

I've been unable to find anything that works to get rid of this creature. Anyone have any ideas? I've run McAfee's S-T-I-N-G-E-R and also did a manual update on Norton and run it. So far nothing detects this worm.

I have run the Sober Remover tool but I think this variety is too new.
