Emergancy Help Needed

Hi, i have found out i got keylogged by Ardamax Keylogger V8.

i done all the steps in "READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide" and i was up to the step where i had to run my windows in safe mode.this is where i am having problems, the f8 trick didnt work for me whenever i press enter of safe mode, windows just restarts. And so then i used
" Symantec's Starting Your PC in Safe Mode" This is where my problem begins now when i checked the box "boot windows in safe mode" in msconfig and save and restarted my computer. Whenever my computer tries to go on safe mode, it restarts and i tried Starting windows normally option but it keeps restarting in a loop, like its never ending.......my comp has been restarting(becuase of trying to go in safe mode) for about 30 minutes now.

Please help me, i really need help. And the reason why im able to post this thread is because i got a second computer.

 

i wasnt even able to boot up my computer properly, like when ever i turn it on it tries to go in safemode but the Adamarx keylogger wont let it and it keeps restarting, but i reformatted my computer now..

 

We hate to hear you had to format, however things should be a lot better.
