Emergency!!

I currently work for a company that allows me to work from home...however it says I need a AMD,Celeron or Duron or PIII and mine is a VIA Samuel 2...how can I upgrade without buying a new computer or spending a fortune??

Also how can I get more speed for my processor? The min. requirements for my job is 800 mhz and mine is 734 mhz...any help is greatly appreciated...thank you in advance..

Exactly...they say my processor is insufficient and my processor speed isn't enough

My computer runs the programs I need to do the work just fine but if I get an error they keep bringing up that I fall short on the processor requirements

 

we have an assistant program that shows what we have that needs improvement and what programs we need to run the software...and it shows I need to upgrade those 2 things...the errors are something having to do with the work I do..just cannot complete errors

 

I work for an at home company taking calls for different things and the assistant runs on the computer and then tells you if you have all the right programs to run their applications...and mine doesn't pass the processor or the speed. I don't know where you are located but in the UK there are charitable recycling organisations which make available computers that tax collectors (public servants) throw out after 3 minutes or so use. These organisations then make them available to the rest of us (tax payers).
