    Hey there troops and leaders.

I got handed a computer with clean harddrives (2) Has one CD-ROM drive and a flopply drive too.

Wanting to install Windows on it. Went in to change the boot drive so I could begin the install and found that the CD-ROM is disabled. Ok so enable. My only choices are Disable or None.

How do I enable? And will you recommend a good place to find proper instructions on installing Win?

    ATAPI CD-ROM [Disabled]

    Thanks all

Thanks - HD disable and floppy disable generates a boot failure message.

Regarding brand name. This is a no name computer. It was apparently built (pieced together) for gaming, but no software was ever installed and either of the two hard drives.

I have not opened it up yet. Will do tonight to review and harddrive manufacturers and mother board information and connections. If I can find any info that seems useful, I will pass it on.

    Thanks
