Enable Transparency

How do I Enable Transparency in Personalize in Windows 8.1 because it does not appear at all. I am waiting for feedback and reply.

Haven't tried these, I use classic shell or at least the start menu on 8.1. This involves a bit of work as Redmond decided not to have that theme or a start menu available in Windows 8.1, let alone have a desktop cube or wobbly windows. To each his own. Be careful as all that glitters is not gold and a proven backup is a life saver.

Nothing spectacular but there is also an aerolite theme, try AskVG.

 

Transparency has been removed for Windows 8/8.1
I found the following utility for both Windows 8 & 8.1.
