encoding/Unicode UTF-8

    I Downloaded Microsoft Office 2000. Now The Encoding For Text On All My Programs And Web Pages, Are Encoded In Unicode Utf-8, Which Results In Very Small Text. Switching Encoding To Western European Restores Readable Print, But Only Temporarily Solves Problem. Each Page Must Be Manually Changed. Ever Heard Of This?
