    Hello all,

I was happily working through the "READ THIS FIRST" stuff and got to the point where you boot in safe mode (through BOOT.ini in msconfig) and unfortunately the malware thats on there is now endlessly restarting the machine.

So the question is: how do I change the boot settings such that it boots in normal mode from the BIOS settings page i.e. how do I override what I've set in msconfig?

If theres a thread already could someone please point me at it,

    thanks

    Simon

In msconfig, set it to "Normal", reboot and tap F8 when you see the BIOS splash screen. This should allow you to get into Safe Mode.
