Enemy territory Quake wars wont load!!!!!!

Quake wars wont load i dont know why but it says "Error during initialization" can u please help.:confused

 

Er... sure. Tell me what I have to work with. System specs and OS would be a nice start, and DVD/CD drive model and type.

well here is some information i have installed and i was loading it up and the screen went black it stayed like that fow a few minutes and then it went out and said "Error during initialization".sorry for no info

 

+ im not that geeky so i cant tell you that ....but if you tell me how to find it ............................

 

Alright, let's do this... download Everest and install it. Click on "Report" and select System Summary Only. Save the report to your desktop as plain text, and then attach it to your next post.
