Enjoywebsurf took over About:Blank

This has probably already been answered, but how would someone get this to go away? I have attached my hijack this log file and i'm using windows XP on an eMachine with 256MB of ram, 40GB hard drive, blah blah blah. anyway, It's taking over the "about:blank" page for internet explorer which is version "6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519" according to the about IE page. So, how does someone get rid of this stupid junk? thx for the help anyone can give, or a link to another thread that has the answer.
