When i click X to get out of enternet explore i get this message

Dummy: iexplore.exe-Application Error

The instruction at "0x77778d20" referenced memory at "0x020e22e0". memory could not be "read"

Click ok to terminate programe
Click cancel to debug programe

i was woundering how can i fix this im not sure why it says click ok to terminate cuz the programe is all ready been exited out of.

my sec. prob is that recently iv been getting great conection but nothing on any browser will display any thing but error's my step mom just uninstalls the lan connecting thingy and reinstalles it but im sure she is getting tired of doing that i was woundering if there is a way to find whats doing that and fix that prob

and if you need ne info just tell me how to find it on my computer and ill post it.

Your problems may or may not be malware related. The only way to really know for sure is to have you work thru our standard cleaning procedures. If you have any problems trying to run this steps please clearly explain the problems.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
