Epson Printer card stock loading problem

    I have 2 Epson printers, Workforce 520 and R1900, after printing a dozen postcards (Avery 8386) neither printer will load card stock properly. Both will either not start a fresh page or will get it and run it all the way through. HELP!

    Clear the job by stopping the print spooler then starting the print spooler.
    Create a new job doing what you had before.

    Where do I stop and start the spooler?

    As I was experiencing the problem over the week-end, I continually deleted the remaining print jobs, cleared any jam, restarted the printer, and restarted the single card print job. once the problem began, every attempt was unsuccessful. When the 520 failed, I went to my R1900 , printed a dozen or so, without fail, then continual fail after that.
