Epson printer colour issue

Hi I have an Epson Photo R1900, it has worked perfectly for a long time, this week I cant seem to make it print correctly, heres some info
- monitor calibrated with Spyder 2
- heads clean and print pattern perfectly
- Win 7 64
- P-Shop CS5
- Epson Premium Semigloss paper

Would really appreciate any help
