Epson R200 with Vista?

Can anyone tell me how to get updated software and drivers
for my Epson R200 inkjet printer please?

I cannnot use Print CD as it wont tell the printer to use the tray it just ejects it and says there is a problem.

Also Status Monitor does not seem to install.

Epsons site gives not much info on the subject.

Anyone know more on this please?

Many people are experiencing problems with peripherals in Vista. I have a HP scanner and printer and neither works. Perhaps someone has kludged a driver for your printer but don't hold your breath. I hope someone else has a better answer.

 

HURRAY I have found that Epson Print cd 1.50E works with vista!!!

You have to set it manually but it does work.

I got it from a friend who had a new printer and it was on the boxed software cd.

Wish epson would post it on there site for download as most poeple wont have access to a cd like I was lucky enough to find.

I would post it if I knew how to upload it to the forums?
