equivalent of dreamweaver for programming languages

Hello, I'd like to program but I don't know anything about programming (c++, xml, python, etc...). I know that for HTML there is "Dreamweaver (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adobe_Dreamweaver)", for which you don't really have to know HTML at all. I'm wondering if for programming languages, or a certain programming language, there is a "Dreamweaver equivalent."

For clarification, this has nothing to do with web designing...I'm just wondering if there is software out there that will let you do programming to create software, etc for windows without knowing really anything about programming.

 

Someone has refered me to Visual basic express or visual studio. Is this about right?

 

Not matter which language you choose you still need to know how to 'code'. They are no 'wysiwyg' programming interfaces outside HTML. Visual Basic is a RAD tool (rapid application development) you can 'draw' a gui, but you have to write the code for happens underneath. Some others have an IDE, but VB is usually the easiest.

HTML is a markup language (the "ML" in HTML), whereas C++ et al. are programming languages.
So as foogoo stated, there are no 'wysiwyg' programming interfaces as those types of interfaces usually manipulate data, not code, control flow, etc.
I have heard of programs which allow you to visually construct a program by dragging and dropping icons and connecting them. But these are mainly used for educational purposed for children
