Error 0x0000007b With Epic Launcher (no Help From Them Or Microsoft)

I've written the following message to the Microsoft support forum, after following all the instruction of Epic (that asks to write to Microsoft). They say that the only thing is to format the pc...
Is there another way? I have a problem only with Epic Launcher as it seems to me.

"Good evening everyone, it started with a game installed from the platform in question. It give the same error but the lancher was still working. I recklessly made some changes and additions of dll found here and there (I apologize ...), and now it gives me the same error even trying to run the launcher.

In recent days I have tried various methods, from uninstalling the client (but I can't find the game even with Iobit and I don't understand where it is installed), reinstallation of visual c ++, from dxdiag my version is 12 ... but I really don't know what to do.

If any saint can help me I'm ready to start over following step by step every instruction, I've been carrying this problem for days and it's starting to get really annoying
