Error 1606 %AppData%\

I have a vista home premium laptop with a 32bit. I have tried installing a couple of things starzplay form verizon and itunes. Downloading no problems I get all the way to computing space requirements then i get error code 1606 can not access network location %AppData%\ I went to the microsoft website with this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886549

All of this looks correct

all the same (because i changed them they were not allusersprofile some were program data and some were %public and other things)

CommonVideo REG_EXPAND_SZ %PUBLIC%\Video

I am unsure where to go form here

the part where I wrote %PUBLIC%\Pictures there is no weirds letters at the end that is a typo and the time limit to edit expired

I found what looked like something that might be wrong under the shell folder under Hkey local machine not the user shell folder though:



Common AppData REG_SZ C:\ProgramData

That doesn't look right does it?
