Error cleaner romoval?

Im not sure if found the thread for this but i my little brother installed error cleaner, privacy protector etc... i cant even open the tsk manager. I hope i uploaded this right

When you run the SmitFraudFix tool, it produces two logs, both with the name rapport.txt. Did you happen to get both of them? Did you receive an instruction in the middle to continue with the cleaning procedure? I want to make sure you ran it all the way through. If not, you will need to rerun it.

Next I would like for you to do the following. Please go to the READ & RUN ME FIRST and go through all the instructions. If there are some that don't work, just make a note to tell us what happened and continue on. If you are unable to work directly on the computer, you can download the scans on another computer and then install them onto yours in either normal mode or safe mode. We prefer that the scans be run in Normal Mode if this is possible, but if not, try in safe mode. To get to safe mode, click on the F8 key during bootup until the menu comes up with safe mode. Select that. You should find some relief from this infection as you work.

Please attach any logs you can get with your next post.
