Error: Clearing NetBT

i was wondering why i cant repair my internet connection? i click repair and it says "Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed: Clearing NetBT" .. also it wont let me disable my connection, when i click disable it says "It is not possible to disable the connection at this time. This connection may be using one or more protocols that do not support Plug-and-Play, or it may have been initiated by another user or the system account." .. can anyone help?
