Error Code: 0x80070424

I have been having the Error Code: 0x80070424 on my Pc... and i don't really know wut to do about it... i read this link..

and i ran the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 program...
i attached the scan on there.... not sure what elze i am suppoet to do?

 

Ok So i did all the steps now.. and i gues i need to do that last log again....

the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program... i guess i was unable to remove what ever it was... there was a msg that keep on poping up about quarantine.... and i did that like 5 times.. until... i read the next part the hitman part.. so i ignore it after that and so far it has not come up again....

so basily ...yea i keep on getting random music or ads... from out of no where ( i think this happen like the past two days... but as bad luck i have.. would put it.. at the same time i have been having alot of internet problems.. with the line... ( iono if it was related but i dotuh it) ..my dsl keep on turning off... so i didn't realize it was a virus till when i first posted.... and of course my microsoft security essentials.. is not working and has that 0x80070424 error.... when i try to do anything about the fire wall...

so i guess i am gonna need to run the farbar recovery scan tool thing again.... sinces i may have changed something by running these programs....

(i have win 7 x64) btw

BTW i do have external hard drive i don't have plugged in do i need to do something about that too? ( i didn't install anything on there.. is just storage)
