   Running MGtools.exe I got an error 'unable to create MGlogs.zip'. Finally worked out why - because the C drive had compression set. Once I removed that (just on the root dir, not sub-dirs) it worked fine.
   
   PS: The thread "Vista and Win 7 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure" is a beautifully complete & understandable explanation - thanks
