Error Loading.....Administrator!????

:confused Crazy things going on....I'm not very smart when it comes to computers so hope you will be patient with me.

Toshiba Satellite L355d-S7901, Vista Home Premium, Norton 360 firewall and SpywareBlaster all up to date. ATT Gateway 2wire modem,

Fell asleep and left my laptop turned on.......woke to sound of talking coming from laptop and I wasn't in a program or on line! Couldn't make out what was being said so shutdown to stop the talking. Rebooted and once thing were loaded, got pop-up from ATT that I wasn't set up and it wanted me to redo and put all info back in. Wasn't sure about this, didn't know if somehow I had picked up a bug or what so clicked it off and ran complete scan of laptop, also double checked to make sure that all was up to date.

My ATT connection worked just fine the whole time all this was going on.

While scan ran, left laptop for coffee as it was after 3 in morning, came back to find scan complete saying all was fine and then I hear what sounds like a TV comerical coming from laptop! Again, had to shut down to stop the sound!!

Things got worse had to leave out of administrator account as it was not working right, slow loading, screen stayed black until finally loaded. Got pop-up saying I wasn't administrator!

Went into old account got same saying I wasn't administrator and then got this pop-up...... Error loading C;\User\Administrator\AppData\local\ififcawajurija.dll Went on line trying to find this but got nothing!

Laptop seems to be working fine except for the error pop-up Have no ideal what to do or where to go from here. I am calling ATT when I finish posting here to see if anything is wrong with my DSL (highspeed!!) wireless hook up which has been working perfect since I got it 3 months back.
