Error loading .dll on boot-up

That's because you may have deleted the malware DLL file but you did not remove the registry key that is loading it at startup. If you know how to use regedit, you can locate the Run key that is trying to load this file and delete it. Backup your registry first.

You can also do this with other tools like HijackThis, but you will need to do this on your own if you know how to use HijackThis.
