Error log MAD.EXE

I am running some print jobs to a KIP 2000 Printer (large plan files) all the print jobs were hanging up (not printing) I went in to cancel them and restart, but I am getting a
message that says;

" An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated" mad.exe Exception Access violation (Oxc0000005 Address: 0x1000b8a9

Then behind that is a smaller window that says: Run-time error '62:
Input past end of file


I am totallly mysified, I have no earthly idea what the h**l these popups mean ..?
