Error message at boot-up.

Hello.
I get this error message whenever I try to boot from the harddrive I am using right now when I put it in my newly built computer.

"Windows could not start because of an error in the software. Please report this problem as:
load needed DLLs for HAL.
Please contact your support person to report this problem."

I pulled it out of my other new computer and put it in my old one (The one I am using right now) and it boots up just fine. So it couldn't be the harddrive, but I am stumped as to what it could be.
