Error Message, Please help!

    Ok guys, I am again in need of some help.
    Ok so today I decided to try and install the newer .Net Framework (3.5), and there were problems installing it. So since my computer was running slower, i decided to run Spybot - Search & Destroy, but almost immediatly i get this error message - "Windows - No Disk : Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c" I really dont know what this means, can you guys help me? Thanks again, you guys are the Best!
