Error message when I open record Now software

error message No Disk Exception processing message when I open a program
I've removed Itunes because that was thought to be the reason for the error and tried making a data disc again but the same thing came up and when I clicked on advanced this was what was listed. Record now 7.22 let me make one data disc (the first one) but would not let me make another with different data.
