error pop up in Vista: On Click, Line 1: unexpected symbol near `<'

running Vista 32 with all updates done on a regular basis.... I've run all the mallware, virus scans cleaning tools the Majorgeeks say to do but I still have this pop-up every few minutes. I'm not anywhere in particular when it happens. In fact I don't even have to be working on the computer at all and it pops up. On Click, Line 1: unexpected symbol near `<' . I checked the task manager, right clicked to go to process and it leads me to "Autorun.exe". I check it's properties and it's located in my temp folder .... AppData\Local\Temp\ir_ext_temp_0 ... I delete it and it keeps coming back. There are also no services associated with this thing. Can anyone help?

I see you haven't actually finished working thru with Chaslang in malware removal. You need to attach the requested logs. Then once malware is ruled out any further issues you have could be resolved in here.
