Error trying to create account using the Majorgeeks Online Backup Service

    I am trying to create an online backup account using the Majorgeeks Online Backup system. To do that I need to create a new account.
    When I input the information required and press continue I get back the following error message:

    Server did not recognize the vallue of HTTP Header 50APAction:
    h ttp://www.safeoffsite.com.au/UMS/UserService/CreateaccountwithCustomerTypecode.

    Any ideas?

    I don't feel comfortable bumping my own thread, but I am still interested in an answer to this problem.

    Again, any ideas?

    We don't. We might have to pull it as they appear to be having issues and their responses are non existant. :(

    I get the exact same error message when trying to create a trial account with Major Geeks' online backup.

    So what ever happened to Major Geeks Online Backup? I never have gotten a reply to my post.

    hey Night44. That program was scaled out of sometime ago when SOS (the backbone behind it) was sold. All the users should have been notified and moved to a new system.

    As I understand it, only the people who had an online backup account were notified. Because you two, Joe Bonnar and Night44, could not create an account, it would be impossible to notify you. (No way of knowing who tried to sign up and were not successful).
