Error: tv ConfigMgrErr47

Hi Major Geeks,

I did a Reliability and Preformance System and Diagnostic Report on my Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit, and the following popped up. How can I resolve (?delete) this problem?

This is the message:

Diagnostic Results
Warnings
Error
Symptom: tv ConfigMgrErr47
Cause: A device has a configuration problem that prevents it vrom working properly. The device, USB Mass Storage Device, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr47". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is USB/VID_03FO-PID_3B11-MI_03\6-3798E01D-0-0003.
Resolution:
1. Verify the correct driver is installed.
(=did download a free video recorder, I think it was: Free FLV Player Download. I know a pop up window popped up about TV software but that 'somthing' short for this software to operate properly) I'm not using TV on my PC. So I did "uninstall" this toolbar from my Firefox and internet explorer, but its still giving me this "error".

2. Try updating the drivers using Windows Update.
(= I do not know which driver to 'update' but I do not want TV on my PC because I've tried in the past and it's not working on my PC?)

4. Attempt to uninstall and then reinstall the device using Device Manager"
(= I did uninstall the free video recorder toolbar with: iobit uninstaller but I still get this 'error' message?)

Pleazzzzeeee, what can I do to resove this problem/error?
