errors

Im running Windows XP Media Center 2005. Ive seen the postings that relate to my problem here on major geeks and tried most of the solutions, nothing has helped. Im getting a windows-no disk error, excetion processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c, and just recently started getting an error saying you must set your desktop display to 32-bit color to play AmericasArmy in windowed mode. Of coarse my desktop is allready set to that. Ive been playing this game a long time but didnt have any problems until i reformatted my hard drive and uninstalled Nortin anti virus and installed PC-cillan.i would really appreciate it if someone could help me im at my wits end and feel helpless.
