ESET question regarding Conflicts with other programs

I found a new Security Program ESET, it has won lots of awards, decided to try it after IObit failed several times and my computer had lots of malicious files from an online wholesaler and when I attempted to them got an error msg saying removal was impossible. ESET warned that all previous security software must be removed due to conflict, which could cause damage to my computer. I experienced no problems w/ 4/5 programs, IObit, error msg stating I did not have admin previledges on MY laptop! Even accessing your site directly from the web, specifically from a thread dicussing ths exact topic there was no answer, Thank you in advance!!!! oh I don't if it matters but I have a 64bit system.
