   Never great systems to find drivers for sadly but try the below
   
   Chipset HERE and install and reboot, must reboot to fully install this driver.
   
   Then Audio and as you only have SP2 on that PC then you will need the UAA driver HERE
   
   Then run the Intel Update tool HERE for audio driver
   
   for Wireless try this HERE
