    Hi,
I'm running win xp pro and have lately started to have problems with my ether card. My problem is every time my computer reboots for what ever reason, the driver for the card won't load on it's own. I have to go through device manager and reinstall the driver manually. I've removed the card and started fresh, Xp sees the card and installes the driver and everythings good until a reboot. Again I have to go manual...can eneyone help?
    Thanks for your time, Don

Do you have another resource for the driver such as mfg. web site, CD or floppy? I imagine you can't roll back the driver, and troubleshooter got you nowhere. Weird one though. I recently got an update from Windows Update for a Samsung LCD monitor I have been using for a while that wouldn't operate properly with 512 of RAM installed, some dll or executable getting caught in a loop as I recall, and then the big Freeze. I even wrote Intel about it as it was their graphics controller software causing the problem. Always seems to be some compatibility issue.
