   The toolbar above is installed on my computer and i need help removing it. i have already followed all the steps outlined in your removal guide. please advise.

   If followed the steps in the guide below, then please as instructed in the guide attach the logs from the scans run, so that one of our malware experts can review them and issue you some further removal instructions.
   
   

   • ComboFix.txt
   • SASlog.txt log from SuperAntiSpyware.
   • MGlogs.zip - normally it is C:\MGlogs.zip - only attach this log from MGtools.exe DO NOT attach any logs seen in the MGtools folder.
