Every couple of weeks our server gets flooded with these Events, and we have to shut it down manually to get anything to respond.

They are literally coming a few per second.

Anyone have any idea on this? This keeps happening more and more often, and competely paralizes us until we hit the power button on the server. I got a tip that suggested uninstalling windows 2003 SP 1, but not sure how valid that is.

    We are really hurting.

    Thanks.
