There are no benefits to doubting. Be positive!

 

It's great to stay positive, it's true. However, I am so bubbly that I can sometimes get away from myself (you know: I let my mind wander and it didn't come back?) That's one of the great things about the computer. I can always read what I'm going to say before I actually say it!
Although, Cindy has known me for over eight years and knows all of the dirt , she loves me nonetheless! Contrary-wise, I know all of the good stuff on her, too! And we both laugh at all the same things.
Enter Lostgirl: She really gets Cindy and I. Which is fun but also a little scary! Anyway, I promise to try and be positive.....maybe Cindy will get AMNESIA!

I talk to Eric & Cindy by phone from time to time, and got to spend a couple days with them last January. I still like them anyway.

Wow, I'm blushing thanks, we sure like all you guys too. We've gotten to know a lot of people here, talked to many of them on the phone and have met a few in person. GT, Gottheit, Eric has met Iceman and Darkheart. We've talked on the phone with Kodo, Abbysue, GT, Dperino, Wenchie... Have I forgotten anyone? and then I'm not sure how many folks I've IM'd with. All in all, it's a great bunch here. I think Snowflake is going to fit in great here.

 

At least until the spring thaw, at which time she may have to change her nickname to Puddle.

I actually got the Nickname "Snowflake" from my friend Sarah, who is Eric's little sister. I did some really awesome henna tatoos on her arm one summer and for some reason it left a little white dot on her shoulder to remember me by. So of course I'm all insulted that she sees a blemish and thinks of me! But then she remailed me and said that it looked like a snowflake and I've been flakey ever since.

The full stops were mandated by the MG/VB board software. Tried just GT, but that was too short.

I would venture to guess that you are either a Jr. or possible not very fond of your name....? Like my little brother's name is Jacob Ashley but he hated his name and always wanted to be called A.J.; that way he could use the letters and have a cool name, too.

LOL. No, I'm neither a "junior" nor am I unhappy with my name. G.T. are my initials though, you're correct there. I've been called GT as a nickname in real life on ocassion, including by some of the guys I currently work with.

It's traditional to pick a forum name that's somewhat anonymous, and I didn't care to go for something cutesy, so I simply went with GT.
