Everything Crashes Windows 7

Chrome is the only thing that runs on my old windows 7, I got my rpg maker to run once but now even that crashes right away and pops up a WerFault.exe error as well. I have no idea what to do and I'm about to throw this stupid computer across the room, please help! Photofiltre seems to run ok as well but all sorts of random things no longer do which means it's not EXE related I think. Windows media player won't work, VLC sometimes does, RPG maker barely does, adobe crashes soon after I boot the computer.
The WerFault error that pops up says The instruction at 0x000000077b6aac5 referenced memory at 0x000000733a300c. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc0000009c.
My video card and flash drive are super old, sometimes my screen goes out and I have to turn the computer off and on. I have no idea, maybe it's just toast.

 

Suggestive of a HDD/SSD/flash drive error = flash drive is dying?

 

WerFault.exe is used by Windows Error Reporting.

This could also be related to memory.

But, first check the hard disk with this utility and upload the log - it will be saved to the Desktop.
