everything is delayed...

    computer reactions are delayed if it reacts at all. Will not let me print and does not see some cds in either of the 2 cd drives at all and even if it asks for a cd it does not seem to read it well... help please!!! [ email address removed for your protection ]Thanks

    Your problems do not sound like malware, but the best way for us to know is below.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

    Make sure you accept the license agreement for TrendMicro HijackThis as requested. Your first MGlogs.zip file was incomplete.

    Note: If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
