Everything seems fine, but no sound...

    I followed the instructions to remove any malware to the best of my knowledge. I don't see any signs of virus, but now I have no sound. When I go to the control panel I cannot do anything in the audio tab.

    You need to attach the C:MGLogs.zip from running the C:\MGTools.exe.
