Everytime I go to drag a application it goes haywire

    I go to drag a application and it goes up to the top left corner and when i go to move it it goes further up PLEASE HELP ME!

    Seriously too little information ;)

    But I'm going to take a guess that you are using XP, and that it's your desktop icons you are having these problems with.

    If that is right try a right click on an empty bit of the desktop and hover your mouse over Arrange Icons By, and click Align to Grid.

    If it isn't that then tell us a bit more.
