Evil Police lady!

Each year our school is assigned a new police officer.. last year we had a guy who never gave out citations for fighting or j walking... This year we have a lady.. She gives citations like MADNESS...

Heres the rundown, at the intersection RIGHT on the corner of the school the traffic lights work like this:

White Walking man for 5 seconds tops...
Blinking red hand for 5 seconds...
Solid red hand for 20 seconds...

This lady gives us citations for "Walking against the Red Hand" WTH!! Since when did that become a law?!?! I always thought it was just a warning... And it only takes about 4 seconds to get across the street at the speed we walk now... Stinking lady..

 

Wow, wait until you have to pay taxes and obey speed limits

I have to say, I do it myself from time to time, if only due to the ridiculous safety timing of the traffic lights near where I live. If a police officer saw me I wouldn't complain if I got a fine or somthing. It's not particularly unreasonable - enforcing the law - for a police officer. Whether you agree with the law or not is irrelevant really.
