   Has anybody else been experiencing the problem where you are unable to open any files / programs with a .exe extension?
   
   This has happened to me as from about 3 hours ago and I am now losing my mind!
   I'm able to open Explorer by going the long way around through Windows Help and Support - but cant get any answers there to fix the problem.
   
   Anybody know a sollution or how to fix this?

   What errors (if any) are you getting when you go to open them?
